In a bizarre incident that took place at a home in Indianapolis, a mother of five pushed her 5 children inside an almirah and went to her friend’s place.
She came exactly 10 and half hours later to find her two children dead.
Indianapolis police had found it hard to digest the fact that a woman who is also a mother could do such a thing to her children.
The incident took place on Sunday morning.
Edyan Farah, the mother of the dead child decided to lock her 5 children inside a closet. She did so, and made sure that the children won’t be able to step out of the closet. She placed a cot against the closet, so that kids won’t barge out of the closet.
The closet was long enough to keep the children intact. The almirah was said to be 6 feet tall, and has enough depth for 5 children.
Edyan Farah then went to her friend’s place, and spend approximately 10 hours before she decided to come back home.
On reaching her residence, she found her two children lying dead inside the closet. Her other three children were safe.
The Indiana police had taken away the other three children from Edyan Farah, and dropped them in a foster care.
The woman Edyan Farah is an immigrant to United States; she had been staying in US for the last 10 years.
The mother has been arrested and sent to jail on a $2, 00,000 bonds.
