The car accident which broke the scandal about Tiger’s series of extramarital affair was not as a result of a fight between Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren.
Contrary to what many thought about the whole episode, Elin Nordegren had denied that she ever hit Tiger Woods. She termed the media reports about her hitting Tiger with a golf club as ‘completely ridiculous’.

In a 19 hours interview with people’s magazine conducted over 4 days, she had unfolded few rare secrets.
She said that she never suspected that Tiger Woods ever had a relationship outside his marriage.
It was a shocking revelation by Tiger, which was equally shocking to her, as to Tiger’s fans.
She spoke of her anger at what happened during the scandal hit period. Elin also stressed the fact that she had been utterly disappointed and shattered because of the events which unfolded in the aftermath of the scandal, which led to her divorce with tiger Woods.
According to Elin Nordegren, Tiger Woods former wife, she had tried her best along with Woods to make her marriage work.
But, it was just not possible for her to live in a relationship, which lacked faith and trust.
Elin Nordegren showed a lot of concern for her children, daughter Sam 3 years of age, and son Charlie who is just 19 months. She also did not dwell on the size of her divorce settlement, which some reports have indicated could be hovering anywhere around $100 million.
